  • Ripping Music to Solid Audio State usb

I have just brought from Argos a Reddmango Digital Audio player, I cannot see how to download music from the computer, it says it is ripped to the library, but does not seem to go to the device. The instructions are very poor with the machine, any thoughts?

Is the thingy you bought a MP3-4 player? does it connect via a USB?

I would think that when you're ripping the music, you would need to select the player as the location for the music to go. Are you using Windows Media Player to do it or something else?

Yes I think one of the functions is a MP3 player it uses the Usb port, I have tried downloading but it does not seem to remain in the device which is like a Small flash drive
I am using Windows media in XP to try and do the downloading.

Right, I have a few of these, when you plug it into your usb port does it show up as an addition drive in windows explorer/my computer?
If so you should be able to drag/drop from one drive to another.
Have you got your music in MP3 format on your PC at the moment? if not then that's maybe the problem
