Nothing here. I dont know much about enumeration districts but looking at East Wymer where he is in 1901, there appear to be a few districts missing in 1891. On district 15 it says the area is boundaried by Sprowston Road but district 13 and 16 make no mention of it. I reckon Sprowston Rd is on 14 and Robert might be on it but where is 14?
