Photo Restoration doubtful but hoping

The attached photo is of my gr gr grandparents and their large brood.. Unfortunately it was sent to me via email and the quality is non-existant..
Is there anyway to restore or enhance it?
Any suggestions would be appreciated

I think your best bet really is to try and find the original person you got it from. If you've got their email address or some info to go on I can have a go at googling a new contact address for them if you PM it to me.
