FTM web search not working

when I try a web search it starts okay with the line and the blue steak going across like its searching then after a while that disappears and the only thing showing is the magnifying glass and the retrieving the results bit but it never does ??? just keeps there?? any ideas
It also has said runtime error a couple of times

Val are you signed into your ancestery account as if not it wont search ;;

Hi Babs you may be right as I have used ccleaner maybe it wont recognise it now thanks will try that.
