Found New Hardware

For the past couple of weeks I have been getting this message every time I boot up my laptop. I've only had it since July and it's an Advent with Vista.
Does anyone have any ideas what this means as I can't understand how it can find new hardware?

I just did a search on Google and it seems as if this is connected to a bluetooth device.

Have you tried to install a Bluetooth Dongle?

No, although I have had a bluetooth dongle plugged in for about four months but never used to get the message.
I will try taking it out and see if the message still comes up.
