Avg Trojan backdoor

Just done avg scan found 2 trojan backdoor,AppData\Local\Temp\PC_Checkup_Setup.exe I cannot remove these infections,a box appears saying, Moved object is bigger than the archive size limit GO TO FILE were do i go from here.
Please help

It might be worth having a look at the avg help forum, it seems that the question has been asked on there before now,

I stopped using avg some time ago as it seemed to pick up all sorts of trojans when scanning but by then the damage had been done to my old machine

AVG is known for false positives, but it is still a good antivirus, ALL antivirus programs will come up with false positives, if you google the virus using the full description, e.g (Trojan.Zlob.G) it will tell you enough info and what to do.
