When my daughter's computer starts up (when the desktop comes up) the following message appears...
Procedure Entry Point apsGetInterfaceCount could not be located in the dynamic link library wlanapi.dll
After you click "OK" it goes and then this appears.....
Procedure Entry Point apsInitialize could not be located in the dynamic link library walanapi.dll
After you click OK again it goes and you can use the computer.
Now...........she can't use the printer....It says it's offline. It works on my computer.
I ran Super Anti Spyware and it came up with
Trojan. DNSChanger-Codec 1 entry
Rogue.PC-Cleaner 1 entry
Rogue.AntiSpywareExpert 1 entry
Trojan.Unclassified/BraviaX 3 entries
They were in the Registry files.
Also..
Trojan.Dropper/Gen 1 entry in the File Items.
I cleaned them out.
It's still running slowly but not as bad.
Anything else I should do. She runs Nod32 as virus scanner, but she didn't have any anti-spyware.
Wondering if an IT person or new computer would be cheaper....lol
