  • Could this be my Harriet?

    I have Harriet Davenport born 1857 Leicester to George and Mary Ann Davenport, she seems to be an only child born 9 years after the marriage in 1848, George dies in 1859 and Mary remarries in 1864 to John Cave and Harriets surname changes to Cave.

    1861 census
    Mary Ann Davenport 34 Widow
    Harriett Davenport 4
    Source Citation: Class: RG9; Piece: 2297; Folio: 105; Page: 12;

    1871 census
    John Cave 39
    Mary A Cave 48
    Harriet Cave 14
    Source Citation: Class: RG10; Piece: 3277; Folio: 67; Page: 12;

    Could this be a marriage for Harriett in Leicester 1875? if so can anyone find her with either of these men in 1881 onwards please?

    John Brewin

      Thank you for looking Tracy, that could make sence as one of her cousins married a Alfred Brewin. though i can`t see a brother John for him

      I have tried all conbinations of the names, even with the other female, i haven`t found her with them either to rule one out.
