Sending Powerpoint via e mail

I have a powerpoint presentation I want to send via email. It has loads of photos in it. Is there anyway? Or will i need to download to CD and send by snail mail.

And if the recipient doesnt have powerpoint on there machine, they can download this...

Powerpoint files can be very large, especially if there are lots of images, so it might be a good idea to compress it with a program like Wìnzip.
