publishing website from frontpage to 1and1

Has anyone experience in publishing a website created in microsoft frontpage? I am still waiting a reply from the webhost company 1and1 and a little confused. I do not require frontpage extensions so I would have thought it would be relatively easy?

Which version of Frontpage is it Louise...??

I know 2003 has a built in ftp client so you can publish using that, as long as you have the relevant details from 1and1.....
