FTM 2006 not updating Homepage

I deleted existing homepage, which i'm thinking is probably the cause
of the problem.

I have tried a number of time to upload a new one and all I get for my
homepage is email address and link to edit homepage.

I have mailed FTM help, but I was wondering if someone has had the
same problem.

I can upload internet tree but I dont like this as it's not user friendly, I think
information that the family homepage option gives you is more helpful.

Have had exactly the same problem as you can see from my post on the FTM online help forum! (see Uploading file to home page)

Russ, who deals with the queries on the forum, suggested I sent an email to Genealogy.com (via the help button in the logo) - which I did - and somehow the file I tried to upload has now appeared. I have yet to hear from genealogy.com as to what the problem was/is and I haven't tried to update the file yet so have no idea if it will work next time I do it.

If you want to post a query on the helpline you will find Russ very good and he will talk you through whatever he thinks you need to do.

It was only last week I was having problems - the info has only appeared on my home page over the last coupe of days.

I'm just wondering if they are having issues. I only deleted
my existing tree as it wasn't updating

And as if my magic my Family Homepage appears, when I receive a
reply from Geneaolgy.com with faq's as to why my page is not showing

Me thinks they have an issue and are only fixing when someone
possibly contacts them

I received a somewhat unhelpful reply from them today but as my home page upload had appeared I wasn´t too worried about it.
I thought I would then try to update it and am pleased to say it worked. Not sure how long it took before the amendments appeared on the home page as I have only just remembered to check it! I know sometimes it can take a few hours before you can see it.

Have a go at uploading yours again - maybe they have had a glitch in their system.

I'm not deleting homepage again, if it doesn't work again I will
