Just wondered if you think the three variants could apply to one family or be a transcription variant?
The records come from Norfolk PR's but assorted sites.
eg
Freereg has Middledidge but only in one parish (Stansfield) and one instance of the Middleage name (North Elmham).
Doun.org (Norfolk transcriptions site) has the same single instance of the "Middleage" entry as above and four records in the Middleditch variant (Shipdham parish).
All the parishes are within the same area and classed as Mitford and Launditch district.
The NOAH website has two records for "Middleage".
I seem to have two lines that might may have married into these names at Beetely and North Elmham.
