  • Missing family on 1901 census

I have a family that appears on the 1901 census.
Name: Joseph Cooper Age: 74 Estimated Birth Year: abt 1827
Relation: Father Where born: East Halton, Lincolnshire, England he is living with his son and daughter in law and their children.
    Harry Cooper 46,Emily Cooper 32,Lily Cooper 18,Florance Cooper 8,Harry T Cooper 5
I was wanting to print out a copy of the original census, but when you click on view original census my family are no where to be found. I contacted Ancestry several months ago and they said the "Source Citation" is correct (stated below) but they agreed that my family wasn't there.
I only have access to ancestry at the mo so I assume that other sites (eg FMP) would most probably have this census noted correctly wouldn't they?
Do they normally try and correct these errors and if so does anyone know how long it normally take for things like this to be corrected?

Source Citation: Class: RG13; Piece: 4480; Folio: 31; Page: 5.

They're showing up in Sculcoates on the official 1901 site:

1901 Census of England and Wales Online

You'll need to buy credits to view the image.

They do add alternative names if you send in a name correction - I assume they also try to correct wrong or missing images, but I've no idea how long it takes.
