I have brickwalls in Chelmsford, Deptford,West Ham,Uxbridge & St. Pancras all 1700-1800. I was thinking of taking myself to London for a day or two to do some research but do not want to spend it travelling from place to place. Does anyone know if the FHC in Hyde Park have all the records or can you suggest somewhere else please?

I think London Metropolitan Archives has records for anywhere that's in Greater London now - so I should think everywhere you want except Chelmsford. -

Both Chelmsford and West Ham come under Essex = Essex Record Office.
However, LDS Centre opposite Science Museum does have BTs for West Ham Parish Church B, M and burials for 1802-1843, if this is any help .
For Chelmsford Parish Church, they only have marriages 1871-1917 and some 20th century PRs. [You can hire in some films of earlier registers - see Family Search Library Catalogue]
