Print Spooler Service

I recently fitted new cartridges in my Epson CX3650 Printer, but the Computer is telling me that it cannot print as the "Printer Spooler Service" is inoperative.

Nothing else has been done to it and it used to print OK with no problems whatsoever.

You could try the Epson support pages for your printer: Epson Stylus CX3650

They have an online Printer Status Monitor service, which you can use to carry out a Total Printer Diagnosis.

Have you tried turning your computer off then on again ?
By turning off it should stop the print spooler and restart.
