  • Can anyone manage to open this photo please?

Via google, I've come across a family I think are some of mine on an msn public photo group. I can see the thumbnail and can open other photos on the same page, albeit slowly, but am getting no result when I try to open this one. I wondered if someone would be kind enough to try it so that I can judge whether it's a problem on my pc, or on the msn site.

The photo is in the centre of the top line - Richard Langford and family.

    Beautiful Old Irish Photographs

    Thank you.

Thanks Elaine. I'll stop trying then, now I know it's not just me.

I've tried Gillian, but I can't open it either. Can you contact the poster and ask for a copy?

Thanks for having a go too Jill. I've no photos at all of the Langfords so will be crossing my fingers tightly when I e-mail the group!

Thanks for having a go Brenda. I tried saving too and it just comes up as thumbnail size, but thanks for the offer anyway.

I've e-mailed the site owner now to ask if she knows if it's the family I hope it is and if so, whether she could send me a copy.

                        Thanks for trying Rosi

Neil - thank you too. I've just noticed that, after I have clicked on the thumbnail, the icon on the next screen where the photo should be looks like this -

I'm guessing the break in the icon is an indication that the link is broken.
