  • Share or research your family history in Farnborough (Hants)

    Hi,

I run a non-commercial website called Historic Farnborough

(Historic Farnborough) which charts how the town has changed

over the years through old photos, documents, memories and of course

family histories. If your family history is linked with Farnborough

(Hampshire) and you'd like to share any details, photos, memories etc. it

would be great to receive them to feature on the site. The site also contains

the 1891 census data for Farnborough if you're researching your family

    links with the town.

    Hope to hear from you.

    Jon.

Some of my CHRISTMASes had BMD &/or census events in Farnborough.

I'd be happy to share that part of the tree. Only problem is that I tend to keep mine in Excel, not GedCom.

    Christine

Ooops! - Should have realised - it's Farringdon, not Farnborough. :o The only Farnborough connection is my great uncle (and, probably - haven't checked - my grandfather) "entrained" at Farnborough for Southampton and thence to le Havre on his way to WW1.
