  • "logged in elsewhere" help

    Hi

Im trying to access the 1911 census and it keeps telling me im logged in elsewhere. I have it automatically logging in on other computers, but i dont have them turned on so i cant understand why it keeps telling me this? Does anyone have any ideas why it is saying this?

    many thanks
    Robyne

    I´ve had this before.
Have you tried ignoring it and going to the search page. It seems to clear itself.

Yes, I've had this too. I ignored it, as Elaine said, went to the search page and it was fine.

Try clicking on the "Home" bit.

        Worked for me.

If you are already registered with fmp, go there first and then use the link for 1911.
(Haven't had the message since I used this way in.)

I've found the only way around this is to hit the back button until I'm on the search page again and then I do my next search and its works.

I had that happen so reported it and was told that there was a problem concerning that but it should be ironed out soon.
