I can read the first column it says David Ireland Pauper formerly a water baliff married to Ann Roberts.

    Column 2 1887 May 11th?

    father Charles Ireland (deceased) Ploughman
    Mother Margaret Potter (deceased)

Column 3 i can't read anything apart from the second line says 7 months

Unfortunately it comes up too small for me to read - and with no zoom, either, I'm afraid. Otherwise, I'd have a go.

                    Column 3 says:

                    1887?
                    May 11th
                    .....
                    Montrose? Infirmary
                    Usual residence
                    Parochial lodging house
                    Montrose?

Can't read the bit where I've inserted dots.

Column 6 might say "emesis of stomach" - not sure. I think the certifying doctor is Andrew Key M.D.

Does it say Cancer of the stomach?

Its a bit too small for me to see properly - maybe it'll give you a clue.

I thought it said cancer too, but my eyes told me I was too uncertain to post!

I think that the cause looked like "..... of Stomach"

"Cancer" is the right general shape of word. To be honest, out of context, I thought it looked like "Ennui" - but I don't think anyone ever died of a bored stomach!

That bit in column 2 is something A.M. (or possibly P.M.!) anyway, time of death, but I can't read what time it says!

Yes, I thought it looked like a number at the beginning of the line, but I can't work it out.

Cancer of the stomach makes a lot more sense than emesis.

Or PM? Actually, if you compare the first letter with the first letter of Ploughman, I think it could be a P.
