Glitter signature!

Hi,
I am not sure if this is the right place for my question but......

I decided I'd like a fancy signature and went to your Reference library and it says "follow the simple instructions to create your signature"
Well, maybe because I am in Spain, it all comes up in Spanish! Although there doesn't seem to be much in the way of instructions.

I have joined photobucket but when I go to it my User name is there but how do I upload the signature if I have managed to do it?

In other words would someone have the patience to take me through all this simply please?

Although the adverts seem to be coming up in Spanish there is a pink rectangle almost in the centre of the screen with the word CREATE in it. If you click on that I think it is fairly self explanatory - although I must admit I've never used it!
