Internet window disrorted.

When I am on the Internet the "window" keeps distorting :( Has anyone any idea why this could be happening please? Does it mean my monitor is on the blink!

If it is doing all the time then it probably is your moniter, but if it only happens on the internet, then I don't know what would cause it.

Thanks Wendy. I have a feeling it's the monitor, although it only happens on the Internet! I shall just keep trying to ignore it!
