                    "nitis" seems quite definite. The beginning bit could be I or J. Or something else. There looks like an x in the middle too. There's an illness called ileumitis, inflammation of the ileum of the intestines.

                      some other itis 3 days - trachitis would make sense after vomiting for 6 days
