Looking for Lious..

I have been trying to find the birth registration for the following, with no luck, is anyone able to offer assistance/advice please

1861 census ref Class:RG9;Piece:1080;Folio:24;Page:18;GSU;542749
Lious Perry age 7
Should mention that the children born either side of him were registered in the mother's surname of Rixon.

Haven't been able to locate him on 1871 either, possibly died but haven't been able to find that .... although between 1861 and 1871 family were registering names in father's surname of Perry.

I'd been going to say he was probably a Louis (unless your spelling was a typo!!).
