help need with a scanned doc

sorry got carried away yes i did but i have sorted it now thank you i have used open office

Louise, I often try to scan documents using I.R.I.S. ~ OCR and saving to Word. Some work and some really clear documents fail have you any idea what I am doing wrong?

Have you got Open Office as well as MS Office on your PC?
