Disable ancestry ad?

Can anyone tell me how I might go about disabling the flash column advert on the right hand side of ancestry? It's really slowing down my searches as once the page loads I cant click on anything until the ad displays with takes 20 seconds or so :(

I dont mind it when it's a picture ad, just when it's an annoying flash one. If I disable flash completely, the census page viewer doesnt work.

Anyone got any ideas? I'm using IE7 on a Pentium 4 with 512Mbs RAM.

I use Firefox and use the add-on Adblock Plus. I don't get any adverts at all.

Don't know if IE has anything similar.

Dont worry, I've found a thing called IE7Pro which is aparently the IE equivalent of adblock.
