So we know where we're starting from, this is the 1881:
        Balsall, Warwickshire
Benjamin Whitehead Head Mar 42 Carpenter Warwickshire Balsall
        Eliza Whitehead Wife Mar 37 " "
        Mary Whitehead Daur 12 Scholar " "
        Emma Whitehead " 10 " " "
        Hannah Louiza Whitehead " 7 " " "
        Frances Whitehead Daur 5 " " "
        Joseph Whitehead Son 3 " "

(I see this is not needed now!)

Cannot see a marriage for her on freeBMD.
There are two sets of marriages where there are only three people on the page

            Marriages Sep 1910
            Whitehead Frances Coventry 6d 962

            Marriages Dec 1911
            WHITEHEAD Frances A Foleshill 6d 981

            - but have checked the complete images for these quarters and they don't seem to match a Riley name.
