    Hi Bill

It looks like Griffin, Thos (for Thomas) to me.

Not sure about the other bit. When did they marry & is that from Pallots?

      I think it says:

      Griffin. Thos
      (Jno & Mary Ann)

There are a couple of possible siblings - Ed (1809) and Louisa (1811)

Hi Merry, what were you using to find them, did you search with Jno? This is the name i am particularly interested in.

I first tried John and Mary, which should include anything where the John has been written as Jno.

HOWEVER! The entry you had already mentioned didn't come up, so it would seem that the Pallots search doesn't work the same as other searches for Jno/John. I therefore tried Jno and Mary and found the two baps mentioned above.

Merry, are you searching Pallots on Ancestry, i am having problems locating them. Is your search for Jno Griffin and Mary Ann Griffin?
                  Is Jno shorthand for John?
                  Thanks,
                  Bill.

I think I put Jno Griffin for the father's name and just Mary for the mother.
