Why is it only showing people from Bristol???
I've tried forename Donald, then surname Smith....only Bristol folk are appearing!
Anyone else got this problem?Kind regards,

Bristol is the Division, not where they came from. Don't know whether they have other Divisions on there too - haven't read all the blurb, but it should say.The National Archives, Kew – Research Service Offered

BTW, my grandfather was from Newton Abbot, Devon, but has "BRISTOL, Z/690" on his card.

I thought I recognised the category.
It's a bit odd. It appeared with a single item between 22 Aug & 4 Sep but by 26 Sep, it had disappeared, - but an extra record had been added to the "RN Officer's Service Records" (note that the position of the apostrophe is copied direct from their list!). That has now reverted to the preceding 1-less total, and 59,862 records have appeared for the RNVR.
