  • Divorced in Scotland?

Please will someone give pointers to where I can search for a possible divorce, probably in Scotland in 1930s to 1950s?

I know he was still with his family in early 1930s, when they sailed with him to South Africa. The wife couldn't settle, the family returned to Scotland, but he still worked out there, returning to Scotland on visits ( last fact unsure)
In the newly released inward passenger lists we found him entering UK in 1959 with a new wife.

Would his wife been able to divorce him for desertion, ...or ?
    After how many years?

    Any help would be great

I think the Scottish divorces are on NAS website:
Catalogues and indexes - The National Archives of Scotland
