This is family info and from the salvation army but I cant find the birth registered. Can anyone help please

I wonder if the info re date and place is accurate, as there is a birth registered in Q4 1909 Edmonton. I haven't checked the full indes though, there may be some missing entries on freebmd.

Of course there is always an outside chance he may have been illegitimate and not registered
