Help! How do you look for a name/word on a page without reading it all....

I know you hold something down and type in the word/name you are looking for and the word becomes highlighted if its on the page, but I cant remember what it is??

You can also click on Edit - Find.

If you have the google toolbar, you can type the word/words into the google searchbox on there and click on highlight. I find that very useful because each of the words is highlighted in a different colour
eg yesterday, I was trawling through very long pages of Monmouthshire parish record transcripts for a Prothero/Holliday marriage - the two-colour highlight system meant I could skim down the pages much faster.
