I'm being thick: changing document

I've stupidly saved the Gedcom Wendy sent me in the wrong folder. I want to move it to my PAF folder but can't seem to do it. Where am I going wrong?

Then save it to the right place next time?

You should be able to drag it from one folder to another.

If you can't (though I can't think of any reason why not), you can either re-save it, as Margaret says, copy-paste it to the right folder (click on the file, press CTRL-C, click on the correct folder and press CRTL-V) or leave it where it is - you can still open it from PAF, even if it's in a different folder.

I've managed to drag it - don't know why I didn't think of that. I'm still thinking of the days when you clicked on file and it said "move document" or something similar.

I'm just having a non-techie day.

That's much better. Now I can compare what Wendy sent with what I already have without too much fussing.
