Anna/Anne Philomena Thorpe, my Mum's cousin, married a Johnson and had at least 4 children born during the 1930's and 40's in London.
Annie as she was know, died in 1948. She was older than her husband and after she died her husband took the 2 girls up to Doncaster, believed to be his home town. The 2 boys were placed in a children's home in the Watford area in Hertfordshire.
My second cousins are desperate to know what became of them.
I have the children's birth certificates and their parents marriage certificate.
