  • Full marks to Cardiff Bereavement Services

Having recently learned that Cardiff L.A holds computerised burial and cremation records back to 1913, I e-mailed them on Monday to ask if they had any record of OH's gt grandmother's burial. I only had the quarter of death, not the date.

Today, they have e-mailed back with the grave reference number and the dates of interment of gt grandmother, her husband who had died 15 years before and one grandchild who had died in 1919 aged only 14 months.

I was very impressed by the quick service. It is also free.
