Sticky situation

I have a very sticky situation regarding my sister that I am sorry to say died on the day she was born. Even though it was 44 years ago now my Mum still finds it hard to talk about so I can not ask her much about her.

I have been looking for her Birth & Death certificates but with not much luck. Can anyone please help me out. Her given name on that fatal day was Sharon Grace (Grace being the family name) - she was born in September 1964 in Berkley hosiptal in Gloucestershire and died the same day. I am not totally sure of the exact date of birth.
