1891 look up please

Could anyone help me find a Foster Lake Footner in 1891.
Later life he was the Lord Mayor Of Romsey,Hampshire.
He was born in 1881 in Romsey,Hampshire and died in 1953.
Father was George Maugham Footner and mother Emily.
1881 Foster was in Romsey,Hants, and 1901 in Romsey ,Hants.
He was educated at MARLBOROUGH COLLEGE,so in 1891 he would of been 10,could he of been there? there is a CD for the College listing names,but unable to get it,i did look on 1891 for College but couldent find the children or young adults who were there,if he was there at all.
But he definately went to Marlborough College,any help would be great,Dave.
