    Im looking for,Caroline Rosetta Woodrow in 1881,her husband was Burrell Thomas Edward Crew Woodrow,on other census as been a Thomas.
    They married on 25/12/1869 at St Paul Bermondsey,and they were both born in 1845.
    --Burrell in Hoxton Middx and Caroline in Bermondsey.
    1871 they were in Keetons Rd ,Bermondsey,and 1891,Leyton Rd,West Ham,
    Known Children were,Alfred Walter born 1874,Bermondsey.Ernest Richard,born 1880,Bermondsey,and Rosa Beatrice born 1889,Stratford.
    Ive tried lots of variations in names but nowhere to be found,any help would be brilliant.
    I dont half come up with some hard ones dont i,thankyou from Dave Hough.

    I should of said she was originaly Caroline Rosetta Hough.but would of been Woodrow on 1881 Census.

      No Ernests born 1880 +/- 1 year, with parents called Caroline and Thomas in the index on Ancestry.

        Found them! Misindexed as Meadows!

        Thomas Woodrow 35 warehouseman in biscuit factory
        Caroline 35
        Alfred 7
        Alice 3
        Ernest 15 months
        Mary Sadler 70 boarder no occupation

          Well done,absolutely brilliant,ive been looking for months.

            No worries, my pleasure. I don't know why I couldn't find Ernest originally, but I just chose to look for Alfred and when I saw Meadows in the index I thought it a likely misreading for Woodrow..

            Best one I found was for a Stevens family mistranscribed as Howard
