Google search bar

Hi i have eventually managed to get my computer sorted but now i haven't got my google bar at the bottom well at the top but at the bottom of everything else!!!! It says when i go to tools and add ons that it is there but it isn't any ideas?

I don't know whether this will work with Firefox, but when my Google toolbar disappeared from Internet Explorer and it said it was still there, I unticked it from the list of toolbars and then ticked it again to get it back. I think I found the advice to do that somewhere on Google's own help pages / forum.
