  • Can you find them on the 1901 census?

Thomas William Read married Laura Hancock
Surname First name(s) District Vol Page
    Marriages Jun 1890
    Hancock Laura Newcastle L. 6b 103
    Read Thomas William Newcastle L. 6b 103

They are on the 1891 census
    Class: RG12; Piece: 2151; Folio 19; Page 33

But they have gone missing on the 1901. I can't find any deaths in the 10 years nor on Findmypast leaving the country.

    Can anyone find them?

that's an idea. will have a look at the divorce records on fmp.

      Thanks for looking Gwen.

Edit: no divorce on FMP but I guess they could have separated. :(

Tried every permutation I can think of and drawn a blank.
Could be that they did not complete the census or have been missed on transcription?

It's possible Trevor. I've tried everything trick I can think of but was hoping I was missing something. It's very annoying.

              Thanks for trying for me.
