  • George Broderick

    Not sure where to post this - so happy for it to be moved elsewhere. I came across this memorial in my mother's church at Deddington and thought what a poignant memorial it was and so far from home. So if anybody has a George Broderick in their tree I'll happily send you this for your records.

    Bo

    At present: Marshall, Smith, Harding, Whitford, Lane (in and around Winchcomb).

    My word, that's very impressive. How very sad though.

    Father is Thomas Brodrick from Whitby, Yorks, Silk Manufacturer and Magistrate and living in Macclesfield with wife Jane and children in 1851.

    1841: HO107; Piece 132; Book: 5; Civil Parish: Prestbury; County: Cheshire; Enumeration District: 5; Folio: 22; Page: 38; Line: 8;
