I've been trying to find Celelia Jones in 1901 census for ages and keep going round in circles!! Can anyone help locate her and her family?

In 1891 - she was living at 29 Marsden St. Newton Heath, Manchester.
Thomas Jones (father) 27 b. Alberbury, Shropshire
Elizabeth Jones (mother) 15 b. Bucknell, Shropshire
John Jones (brother) 1 b. Newton Heath, Manchester
Cecelia Martha Jones 7 months b. Newton Heath, Manchester.
