Help! I've just learned that my late aunty wasn't born in Dublin!

I submitted my GED file some time ago and want to correct the info and add her DOB & DOD too.

Thats correct.

Add the new info to your family tree program and then export a new gedcom.
Them upload the new gedcom to this site.

It will overwrite the old one.

I'm sure your aunty's place of birth is only one of many changes you'll need to make. In my thread about Scottish Ancestry transcriptions I've just found a deceased first wife and seven step-children for what I thought was a childless marriage.
