Does anyone have online access to the Oxford Dictionary of National Biography?

I am trying to find information on the ancestry/origins of the painter Dean Wolstenholme Senior. I believe he was born in Yorkshire and could possibly be related to my Yorkshire Dean Wolstenholmes.

The only biographical source I can find is on this site (below) but you need to have a British library card to access the info Unfortunately I don't so is there anyone who could help out?

Just a thought Neil. Have you investigated what online resources are available through your local library? Most UK library services offer online access using your library ticket number and a password.
