World Pay on GRO

I was ordering a certificate and paying by debit card. I filled in all the details and it said my payment was being processed. I then got a page saying 'run time error' and everything froze. I have emailed them but not had a reply yet.
Has anyone else experienced this?

No, I haven't had that one, Pat. Did you get an email to say that your payment had gone through? If not, then I should think it crashed before the payment went through and you can just order again, but I would wait for the reply from them if I were you.

I think you can check your order status. So if the cert is listed then you'll know it went through.

That happened to me a few months ago, if you go back in to the GRO it should ask if you want to continue with your purchase.

its the last page before you click to pay.
