  • Are they still in Burslem Staffs?

    Hello

Ive not got access to Ancestry at the moment but i was wondering if William Beech born c1830 in Newcastle upon lyme Staffordshire with wife Hannah nee Hulse born c1833 in Burslem Staffordshire.

I have them on the 1851 census together living in the Hulse household just a month or two before they married.

William Beech was a Blacksmith on the 1851 census and this is the source -

    Piece 2003, folio 357, page 19

    Any help would be great

        Hi JBee

Im not sure of Williams father yet as William married My 4xG aunt.

Im unsure of their movements after 1851.

Thankyou for the 1841 census with James the Blacksmith as im going to follow that up as one of my avenues.

Could this be him? Born Newcastle Staffs, living Burslem. Occupation - blacksmith. Think William's age should be 30, the 0 has a curl and transcriber has read it as a 5.

          Hannah Beech 28 born Burslem
          James Beech 1 born Burslem
          William Beech 35 born Newcastle
          William Beech 4 born Burslem
