website blocked by firewall

don't know if this is just me, or if there is a problem.

I'm having difficulty getting onto Dubonnet lady's thread on research about hereditary illness. the error message that comes up when i try and get onto the thread is "website blocked by Netgear firewall"


All other threads are ok.


For info- our router is a Netgear router. Otherwise I'm using IE7 and windows XP

Just tried it Barbara, and can access the thread with no problems ( using a netgear router though it may be a different model from yours)

Have you tried turning said router off and back on again ??

no Tim - I hadn't.

To be honest i hadn't thought about it, as it was just that one thread, everything else seems ok.


Good to know its just me though - and not a site problem

Barbara, I can't see anything in that thread that looks as though it could cause problems, but you could try going into your options on your user control panel for this site and untick the box for view signatures to see if that makes any difference.
