              I agree it looks like Elvie - it's just that superscript "th"-like bit which makes me think of Elizabeth.

                  by the way that name rang a bell from your earlier enquiry re: gertrude cecilia jennings, so I had another look and on that other website that comes up on google, it has Gertrude's mother as Eliza Jennings nee Keen.

                    Just looked up Elsie Keen at Princess Street London on 192 and it came up with a death?!!!!!!

                    Couldn't find anything in the electors roll.
