As a lot of you know, I have been having major pc problems. I have just taken a look at my Windows update history and found I have a failed update from Feb 2008. It is KB110806. Should I complete this update, and if so, how do I go about it please? If I am a long time getting back, it is because my pc is playing up.

I am not aware of your PC problems but join the club we all have them. Why don't you just do a Windows Update and that will cover the download that you missed.Margaret N
