bmp to jpeg?

I have been sent a couple of lovely shots of my grandson from a mobile phone but cant order any prints on line as they have to be in jpeg for the sites that I use. Is there a way of changing them to the correct format please?

You could load them into Paint and then save them again as .jpgs.
