  • How to access my threads please?

Because I've been doing other things,I haven't been able to come on here for a couple of weeks - and would like to access my threads.

Click User Tools on the bar at the top of this site and select UserControl Panel from dropdown menu.

It should then reveal a list of threads you've created or posted on.

Hi Dorothy -there's a thread around here somewhere on that self same topic, but basically, go to the 'forums' tab at the top of your screen, click on 'subscribed threads' and it should bring up anything you have contributed to (providing the thread hasn't expired while you were away)

Done both of those now - and Subscribed threads is empty - so I guess they're expired! I had thought there would at least be a ''history'' of threads to access - ah well! Thank you anyway.

OK...this is another method I have used in the past.
go to 'User Tools', select 'Members List', locate your own name and click on it.
Over on the right, under your avatar, click on 'statistics' and a link to all your posts should appear on the left.

oops...crossed with Nell...her method is a bit shorter, but you still have to click on 'statistics', I think

Yes, subscribed threads only works if you have set your options up to subscribe to threads - otherwise you need to click on your user name and then view posts by that user.

Is that not a default setting, then, Kite? I don't remember conciously setting my options to 'subscribe'....but then, there is a lot I don't remember these days :o

I don't think it is a default setting, no. I think the default setting is "Do not subscribe".
